A bug with the threefold repetition

So I was in a game and we repeated moves 2 times qnd not 3. Yet the system gave us an automatic draw. I think this is a bug but I'm not sure. lichess.org/TbU6Xh9S/white#98

Positions after moves 45, 47 and 49 are identical.
There is no bug.

I don't think so. I looked at it again but those positions weren't the same.

Curieuil is right. To explain a bit more, it is not about repeating moves, but exact same positions.

Just click on the black moves 45, 47, and 49. No piece will change...
